Our technology integrates directly with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and smart locks to deliver a seamless guest journey from booking to check-out. We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help expand LOXE's presence in the hospitality industry.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new hotel clients for the LOXE platform. You will work directly with hotel owners, general managers, and hospitality groups to demonstrate how LOXE can modernize their operations and improve guest experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands hospitality operations, and thrives in a fast-growing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new hotel clients (independent hotels, boutique hotels, hotel groups)
- Conduct product demos of the LOXE platform
- Explain the operational and financial benefits of LOXE to hotel decision makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Work closely with the founders and product team to communicate market feedback
- Represent LOXE at hospitality events, conferences, and industry meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality technology, SaaS, or hotel operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical products in simple business terms
- Experience selling to hotels or property managers is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
