1. About LOXE
LOXE provides a software platform designed to help hotels manage guest access, online check-in, mobile keys, automated door codes, guest communication, and related hospitality services.
Our platform integrates with hotel management systems and smart locks to automate operations and improve the guest experience.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement
- Use the Services on behalf of a hotel, property owner, or authorized organization
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Guest Access Codes and Digital Keys
LOXE provides automated access codes and mobile keys that allow guests to access hotel rooms or facilities.
Hotels are responsible for:
- Proper configuration of locks and access permissions
- Ensuring that access codes are used appropriately
- Managing guest access policies
LOXE is not responsible for misuse of access codes caused by incorrect configuration or unauthorized sharing.
6. Integrations with Third-Party Systems
The LOXE platform may integrate with third-party services, including:
- Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Payment providers
- Smart lock manufacturers
- Messaging services
LOXE does not control these third-party systems and is not responsible for their availability, reliability, or policies.
Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
7. Fees and Payments
Certain features of the Services require payment.
If you subscribe to paid services:
- Fees will be billed according to your agreement with LOXE
- Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of access
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
8. Data and Privacy
LOXE processes information related to hotel operations and guest interactions.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.
Hotels remain responsible for ensuring that their use of LOXE complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, content, and materials associated with the LOXE platform are owned by LOXE or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services or any intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without prior written permission.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted access to the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Update or modify features
- Temporarily suspend access if necessary
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOXE shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from third-party systems or hardware failures
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the previous 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required payments are not made
- Continued use presents a security or operational risk
You may terminate your account by contacting us.
Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify users through the platform or email.
Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
